SIP Public Culture Center (SIPPCC) opened on Jan 18, shouldering the mission to facilitate public cultural dissemination across SIP.

It is reported that SIPPCC is engaged in helping local libraries, cultural centers and art galleries improve their services for public benefit and optimize their resource allocation and utilization.

News from the event said SIPPCC plans to launch an assortment of cultural dissemination and experience programs such as free exhibitions, public lectures and reading activities to enrich the local residents' cultural life.

At the event, the literature studios of He Jianming and Fan Xiaoqing, two Suzhou-native writers, were inaugurated to create literary works about SIP and host various lectures, seminars and salon sessions on literature.
