Wu Qingwen, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of SIP Party Working Committee, and his contingent visited the Enterprise Headquarters Base Relocation Promotion Office at Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) on Jan 14, giving greetings to the staff, learning about their work and offering advice for the next steps.

The office is dedicated to a program launched early 2018 to buy back a number of residential and non-residential properties to support the construction of SIP Enterprise Headquarters Base, a 1.5-square-kilometer business headquarters cluster in YLPTR. So far, 57 enterprises involved have moved out to make room for the project, and over 10 enterprises have signed agreements to set up their headquarters in it.

At the work conference, the officials listened to the office staff's reports on their jobs and the challenges they are faced with, and offered advice on solutions. Wu suggested related departments enhance coordination and collaboration to accelerate the progress of the project.
