SIP Civil Engineering Office recently disclosed that the eastward extension (SIP) project of State Road 312 has started with preparatory work including pipe laying for water and power supply and sewage disposal.

It is learnt that the project, a 9-km east-west fast road extending from Yangcheng Lake Bridge to State Road 312, is expected to help greatly alleviate the traffic pressure in Suzhou after its completion in 2022.

The project is now going well. Effective traffic dispersion and dust control measures have been adopted to ensure smooth traffic in the surrounding areas and prevent environmental pollution.
