The office buildings of Suzhou Center, located on the shores of Jinji Lake, made appearance on June 15.

Suzhou Center is built with the new concept of "urban symbiosis" by achieving seamless connections among office buildings, shopping mall, hotel, serviced apartment, and other business facilities and, along with an air-borne garden, the largest of its kind in China with an area of 60,000 square meters, forms an urban commercial hub. The four Class-A office buildings contain 16-meter ceilinged lobbies, high-speed elevators, column-free spaces, and offices with 3-meter-high ceilings, round-the-clock IT room for customized service reservation, roof heliport, business centers, Presidential meeting rooms, tea rooms, and shower rooms, etc. by international standard.

The total area of Suzhou Center is 350,000 square meters, and its integrated high-end functions include shopping, leisure, children's amusement, cultural experience service, etc., such as the Olympic-class skating rink, the gigantic IMAX theatre, boutique supermarket, children's kingdom, and art galleries. The office buildings of Suzhou Center are reportedly to be delivered for use by the first quarter of next year, and other functional facilities will also be commissioned one after another within next year.
