Show Suite of Suzhou Center opened on May 20 to systematically show the full view-to-be of the center from multiple dimensions by the cutting-edge sound-light-electricity integrated technology. Suzhou Center is expected to be completed in 2017 and then its functions will be realized one after another.

Suzhou Center, with 1,130,000-square-meter construction area developed by Jinji Lake Urban Development Co., Ltd., is built for shopping, living, business and hotel. The show suite is located in the intersection of Suxiu Road and Xingyang Street, and the 2,500-square-meter building is divided into two storeys, the 1st floor for comprehensive demonstration and apartment demonstration and the 2nd floor for audio-visual, shopping and office demonstration.

High-grade development, high-quality construction and high efficiency have been sought after during the construction since the center broke ground in 2012. Four storeys of its shopping mall on ground are now completed and the apartments, office building and W Hotel are to be capped. At the same time, the work on brand promotion, business attraction, apartment marketing and office leasing is going in full swing and the CBD apartments are to be put on sale before long.
