Suzhou Industrial Park Urban Renovation & Development Co., Ltd.(SIPURD) broke ground for four schools of Phoenix City School, SIP No. 6 Middle School, Duntou Kindergarten, and Xingtang Kindergarten.

Design effect of Phoenix City School

Phoenix City School is located south of Gangtian Road and west of Xinghua Street with a total land area of 6.5 hectares and floor area of 46,000 square meters. There will be 36 classes for grades 1-6 and 36 classes for grades 7-9. The school is to enroll the first students in September 2016.

Design effect of SIP No. 6 Middle School

Located west of Xingpu Road at Shengpu Sub-district, SIP No. 6 Middle School is a reconstruction project and mainly recruits students from local families and kids of migrant workers. Covering a total land area of 6 hectares with 45,000-square-meter reconstruction area, it has 24 classes for grades 1-6 and 42 classes for grades 7-9, and will be ready for delivery in June 2016.

Design effect of Duntou Kindergarten

Duntou Kindergarten is located east of Lianfeng Road, south of Dunhuang Road, and north of Chaoyang Road with a total land area of 1.17 hectares and floor area of 9,985 square meters. It has 24 classes for three grades and will be ready for first preschoolers by the end of August 2015.

Design effect of Xingtang Kindergarten

Xingtang Kindergarten is at the crossing of Changjiang Road and Lushan Road, covering a land area of 5,500 square meters and construction area of 4,807 square meters. At completion by the end of December 2015, it will open to the families of Wenhuiyuan Community with 12 classes of 3 grades.
