The overpass of Loujiang Express officially opened for traffic on the afternoon of June 7, marking the completion of the entire Xinghu Street improvement project. In addition to the newly opened main road, the project also includes the ramps and the section of National Highway 312. The landscaping will be completed in late October.

By channeling part of the traffic flow, the project relieves the pressure on the crossing of Xinghu Street and Suhong Road as well as the crossing of National Highway 312 and Zhujing Road.
