The south-turning-to-east ramp of Loukua Bridge at Xinghu Street opened for traffic at noon of May 27 and a spokesman from Suzhou Industrial Park Planning & Construction Bureau said the central ring road (Zhong Huan) in SIP area would open section by section based on actual conditions. Xinghu Street section of the viaduct at Loujiang Express will open in mid-June.
