Breaking ground at the end of January 2012, it is the road with the biggest municipal investment so far and it will create a high-speed network with two ring roads that have been completed in the city.

SIP section has been constructed the fastest of the entire line and its highlight is to reserve sufficient space for long-term development, which is also the routine practice of land development in SIP. In order to minimize impacts on environment and residents, the contractor introduces cutting-edge technologies to reduce noise and dust around construction site.
