SIP Administrative Committee director Ding Lixin met with Bruce Hoechner, president and CEO at Rogers Corporation, a world-leading specialty engineered materials company based in the United States, and his contingent on Jan 7. The two parties discussed details about cooperation in a new project for development of new energy vehicles.

 

Founded in 1832, Rogers Corporation develops and manufactures high-performance specialty materials which are helping empower innovation and breakthroughs worldwide in such fields as customer electronics, power electronics, public transport, clean energy and communication infrastructure. Its branch in SIP has made remarkable contributions to local technology innovation and economic growth since its founding in 2002.

 

At the event, Ding extended warm welcome to the guests and showed great expectations for the company’s new project in SIP. Bruce Hoechner expressed thanks to SIP authorities for their consistent support, hoping the two parties can enhance exchange and cooperation to jointly drive better development of new energy vehicles.
