Nanopolis Suzhou Northeast B1, a new business carrier in SIP’s Nanopolis Suzhou, was roofed on Nov 23. The project, with a total planned floor area of 89,000 square meters, consisting of nine buildings for R&D and manufacturing purposes and an underground garage with 649 spaces for motor vehicles.

 

According to Nanopolis Suzhou Co Ltd, operator of Nanopolis Suzhou and developer of the project, the project marks the start of a new-round construction of business carriers in Nanopolis Suzhou, and many companies have signed tenancy agreements to launch operations in it after its completion.
