Wu Qingwen meets with Siemens Mobility management

Wu Qingwen, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of SIP Party Working Committee, met with Jurgen Model, CEO of Siemens Mobility Greater China, and his contingent on Nov 26. The two parties discussed details about cooperation in developing intelligent transportation.
 
Siemens Mobility, a separately managed company of German multinational conglomerate Siemens AG, is dedicated to intelligent traffic systems and rail technology, railway electrification, rolling stock concentrating all the manufacture of train-sets and customer services for maintenance. The company and SIP authorities jointly inaugurated SIP ICV Testing Zone in SIP last month for testing of intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs).
 
At the event, Wu gave the guests a brief introduction to the operation of SIP ICV Testing Zone and expressed expectations for more cooperation outcomes in related fields. Jurgen said Siemens Mobility will work with more local partners to offer more intelligent and efficient mobility solutions for urban and interurban transportation in SIP and the surrounding areas.
