SIP Building Economy Association (SIPBEA) on Nov 20 hosted an event at Chenguang 1865 Science-technology and Creativity Industrial Park, Nanjing, capital of East China’s Jiangsu province, in an effort to attract business projects to SIP. It is reported that SIPBEA hosted events of the kind in Beijing and Shanghai earlier, and received positive response from local businesses. 

 

At the event, the operators of a number of commercial buildings in SIP gave about 100 people from enterprises in Nanjing and its surrounding areas a specific introduction to the characteristics of their projects and their business services. There were also displays on site to help the local enterprise representatives know better about the projects.

　　 

Moreover, SWT, an SIP-based real estate agency, gave the participants a report on development of commercial office buildings in SIP, while staff from SIP CBD Investment Promotion Center introduced to them SIP’s efforts and achievements in driving industrial development and innovation.
