Sixty young people who work at administrative offices across SIP’s Hudong sub-district received on Nov 21 their graduation certificates under a training program launched in April for the purpose of helping local young community staff members improve their service ability.
The training program consisted of lessons, field surveys and discussions for the trainees to acquire a better understanding of their jobs and learn skills that can help them improve their services. It is reported that the program has helped seven of the trainees get promotions at their workplaces.
In the event, three of the trainees shared their views on innovative community work, while another two gave a humorous talk show about different community staff’s duties and others read a poem they wrote and performed a song to express their passion for their jobs.
