SIP Jinji Lake CBD Labor Security Supervision Brigade is carrying out a program to organize a series of public lectures on a regular basis in an attempt to help local enterprises maintain harmonious employer-employee relations. In the event held at International Building on Sept 26, the lecturer from Nanjing, capital of East China’s Jiangsu province, gave the participants from a number of local small- and medium-sized enterprises a talk on the country’s labor laws and talent policies. 

 

He laid emphasis on employer-employee relations during probation period. He also exchanged opinions with the participants based on their daily operations, and gave them several examples in expounding on strategies for effective labor management.
