SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) hosted a salon session at TusHoldings Fashion Sci-Tech Park on Apr 3 when an expert gave nearly 20 local enterprises’ representatives a detailed account of the key points that they need to know when applying for being included in the National High-Tech Enterprises (NHTE) program.

The Chinese government launched the program in the 1990s in a move to promote rapid development of high-tech enterprises. Enterprises identified as “National High-Tech Enterprises” can enjoy a series of tax breaks and other preferential policies during their business operation.

At the event, the expert explained to the participants in detail the conditions that NHTE candidates should meet, the latest application procedures and the benefits they will enjoy, and answered their inquiries.

YLPTR authorities disclosed that they will take follow-up measures to give eligible enterprises more help in their application.
