SIP Association of Businesses Founded by Overseas Chinese and Returnees organized an exchange tour on Dec 13, when a group of entrepreneurs from its corporate members visited Nano-Micro and Hanano, two of the association's leading members, and exchanged business experience with the companies' executives.

At Nano-Micro, a company devoted to developing technologies for production of uniformly sized nano- and microspheres, Dr. Jiang Biwang, an overseas returnee and founder of the company, shared with the visitors his experiences from overseas study to leading the company, while several of the visitors expressed their opinions on business innovation.

At Hanano, a carbon nanomaterial developer in SIP, the founder Chen Xinjiang gave the visitors a detailed account of their products and related research, design and marketing processes. The visitors then tried some of the products like heating radiators and pads and discussed with the company's executives marketing philosophies and strategies.

The event was well received by the participating entrepreneurs who said it was an efficient way to learn experience for business operation. Considering that, the association plans to organize more events of similar kind in the future.
