Xiangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone (XCETDZ) which, located in Suzhou's Xiangcheng District, was designated a state-level zone of its kind in 2014, inaugurated the XCETDZ Business Development Service Center (XCETDZ-BDSC) on Nov 13, in a move to improve services for local businesses. The local authority said they are borrowing experience from SIP Business Development Service Center (SIP-BDSC).

XCETDZ authority said SIP-BDSC has demonstrated a series of good on- and off-line practices that have shown good effects in matching the enterprises' demands for various services with the suppliers. They hope XCETDZ-BDSC can help roll out the good practices in XCETDZ and facilitate concentration of governmental, academic and industrial resources to provide potent support to the local businesses.

On the same day, the two centers signed an agreement, based on which SIP-BDSC will lend XCETDZ-BDSC a hand in its operations.
