Elite (Suzhou) Analytical Instruments Co Ltd came into operation at Nanopolis Suzhou, SIP on Oct 30, becoming the third chromatography technique developer to settle down in the area.

The company is a branch of Dalian Elite Analytical Instruments Co Ltd which, founded in 2000 in Dalian, a city in Northeast China's Liaoning province, is a domestic leading supplier of HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) instruments, chromatographic columns and related accessories. It reportedly will focus on development and marketing of HPLC and UPLC systems.

On the same day, the workstation of Zhang Yukui, an academician at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chief scientist of the company, was inaugurated.
