Link Work, a business incubator developed and run by SIP Zhaofang Assets Management Co Ltd, formally came into service at Sangtian Island Innovation Park, SIP on Oct 30, with a set of business support services tailored for SMEs.

The incubator boasts well-decorated independent offices with an area ranging from 100 to 500 sqm as well as roadshow hall, meeting rooms, book bar and lounge for public use. It is learnt that nearly 10 organizations have started working there and a number of others signed agreements on the opening day to set up their offices in it.

According to the incubator operator, they have gone into partnership with other incubators like LY.com MakerSpace and Tencent Incubator and related government departments to offer technical, business, media promotion and financing services to enterprises in it.
