SIP Zhongxin Energy Development Co Ltd, a fast-growing wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou Industrial Park Co Ltd, signed an agreement with Fugu Energy Development Co Ltd, a company based in Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on Oct 22 to launch long-term cooperation in a wide range of clean energy and power projects.

Fugu, a member of Chinese energy conglomerate Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group, has strong capital strength, advanced technologies and rich experience in various energy projects. The cooperation between the two companies is expected to give full play to their unique advantages for a remarkable mutual development.
