At the award ceremony of the 4th Internet Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition in Nanjing on Sept 28, Blue Amber, a leading tech company in SIP, bagged the third prize with its contact-free smart patient monitoring system.

The system is used to monitor patients' vital signs such as pulse, breath, temperature and blood pressure so that they can be rescued timely in case of disease outbreaks. It can be attached to the bottom of a bed mattress to avoid direct contact with users' bodies for better safety and comfort, and automatically sends monitoring data and alarms to mobile terminals like a smartphone or a tablet PC. Therefore, it is believed to be very helpful for people with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and chronic respiratory diseases.

The system was exhibited along with other award-winning products at the event, attracting many people to try it.
