Macao entrepreneurs visit SIP to seek cooperation
A group of entrepreneurs from Macao Special Administrative Region visited SIP on Aug 29, in a tour jointly organized by Suzhou International Science Park (SISPARK) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Association in Macao (also Macao SME Association) for the purpose of facilitating partnering between businesses in Suzhou and Macao.
SISPARK, a high-tech cluster in SIP, boasts intensive concentration of cutting-edge technologies covering hardware and software, cloud computing, big data, AI, virtual reality and augmented reality. Macao SME Association was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organization dedicated to boosting business expansion and competitiveness enhancement of Macao-based SMEs. Both parties hope the tour can help discover opportunities for enterprises in the two areas to collaborate in innovation and startup development.
In the event, the entrepreneurs had a tour around SIP Planning Exhibition Hall, LY.com Building and SIP AI Industry Park, where they gained a better understanding of SIP's development trajectories and industrial layout and exchanged opinions with local representatives on potential cooperation.
