Plug and Play (PNP) Tech Center, a global network startup accelerator and corporate innovation platform based in Silicon Valley in the United States, hosted a remote video roadshow synchronously in SIP and Xiangcheng District on Aug 17, showcasing eight cross-border health projects to the participants.

PNP has been engaged in bridging countries across the world to Silicon Valley, with hundreds of corporate partners and venture capitalists in its global ecosystem. It started its operation in China in 2015 and now has regional centers in many cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou. So far, it has funded and incubated over 300 Chinese startups. Besides, it also works with city governments in erecting innovation platforms and introducing projects from overseas business accelerators.

The event was the first of its kind that PNP hosted after it joined the Suzhou Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). The project presentation, covering technical achievements, research teams and market prospects, received positive response from the CAST leaders, government officials, investors and others who viewed it through a telecom system.
