SIP is now making preparations for the 2018 SIP Talents Recruitment Program and the recruitment tour under the program is set to start on Sept 16, covering a total of 36 universities and colleges in 22 cities across the country.

In the past 17 years, SIP organized a tour of such kind every year in an attempt to lure as many well-educated talents as possible to SIP. Compared with the previous sessions, this year's event will boast more recruitment channels.

Enterprises can offer job opportunities at any time through the website of SIP-based HR service supplier O-HR (www.o-hr.cn), and the students can apply for the jobs either on line or at the job fairs to be held at their schools later. Additionally, O-HR will release recruitment information on the WeChat platform and organize monthly job fairs to increase graduates' opportunities to land a job in SIP.
