SIP HR Services Association (SIP-HRSA) hosted a salon session on July 10, trying to give the human resource service suppliers in SIP a helping hand in their operations. Representatives from nearly 30 SIP-HRSA members participated.

The participants first had a tour around Loufeng Sub-district Labor Dispute Mediation Center and Housekeeper Training Base, where they were deeply impressed by the organizations' innovative and pragmatic service concepts.

Afterward, Soochow University labor law expert Shen Tongxian gave the enterprise representatives a talk on China's macro-economic landscape and labor relations, while SIP Labor Inspectorate officer Gu Xiaoming expounded on the latest HR laws, regulations and policies. They also exchanged opinions with the representatives on issues they have encountered in their operations and offered advice.
