CECEP (Suzhou) Environmental Protection Technologies Co Ltd, an energy saving and environmental protection technology developer jointly founded by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) and Suzhou Industrial Park Co Ltd in SIP in 2009, convened this year’s first meeting of its shareholders and boards of directors and supervisors on June 22.

At the event, the directors and supervisors reviewed the achievements the company made last year and offered constructive suggestions for its future development. Additionally, a series of proposals on reelection of directors, business performance evaluation, adjustment of basic salary for management staff and this year’s operation objectives and priorities were adopted.

Li Caixing was elected the company’s new chairman, while Zhu Keke was appointed general manager. Besides, all the participants listened to several reports on the company’s daily operations.
