A news briefing held at NUS (Suzhou) Research Institute, SIP on June 14 announced that the 2018 InnovFest Suzhou will take place on June 20 and 21, when over 100 science and technology projects and hundreds of high-tech enterprises from around the globe will show up.

Sponsored by NUS (Suzhou) Research Institute, InnovFest Suzhou is a networking and exhibition event designed to facilitate partnering among research institutions and enterprises in groundbreaking innovation and cutting-edge technology development.

This year's event will focus on ASEAN countries to promote business cooperation between China and the countries and regions along the "Belt and Road", the route under China's national initiative to connect the East Asian and European economic circles for win-win cooperation.

The event will consist of four theme meetings and one forum, incorporating keynote speeches and project roadshow and fairs. Globally renowned scholars, experts, entrepreneurs and leaders of industrial associations will be present.
