Suzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently released its first List of Highly-Skilled Leading Talents. Of all seven people on the list, four are from SIP.

The talent appraisal is part of the city government's "Highly-Skilled Talent Development Program", which was launched last year in a move to introduce and support talents with excellent professional skills and strong ability in helping vitalize local advanced manufacturing and modern service industries.

The four award winners from SIP include Martin Schiffner from Xenon Automation (Suzhou) Co Ltd, Wang Wei from Edubot Industrial Robots Co Ltd, Feng Jiandong from O-HR-Festo Industrial Automation Training Co Ltd, and Gao Chaoyi from Gold Mantis Architectural Ornament Co Ltd. They took the award coupled with government subsidies for their proficiency in their fields and their great contributions to the development of related industries.
