Special staff members are designated to answer the calls from enterprises and potential investors 24 hours a day, expounding on the local policies to them and offering them helps. Data on the calls will be recorded and analyzed as basis for the company to better its services.

The company said the move is part of its"2018 Ecosystem Enhancement Program", which also includes executives' visits to local enterprises for survey purpose, founding of an entrepreneurs' club, events for sharing resources and optimization of business supporting facilities, all designed to build a more favorable environment for business development and innovation.
