Recently, representatives of SIP Joint-Equity Enterprises Association (SIP JEEA) members visited Binjiang Park, one of Alibaba's two headquarters in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, enjoying first-hand experience of the corporate culture of the Chinese e-business conglomerate.

In the event, an Alibaba training specialist gave the visitors a detailed introduction to the company's development, operations, human resources and culture before showing them around their offices.

In the Taiji Hall, a conference and catering service facility jointly founded by Jack Ma, founder and executive chairman of Alibaba, and Jet Li, a renowned Chinese film star, the visitors were amazed by the perfect incorporation of Chinese taiji (traditional martial art) culture with the company's operation philosophy, which embraces solid plan, flexible practices and balance between what to give and gain.

The event received positive response from the participants who said it broadened their horizons, enhanced their interaction as well as allowed them to learn experience from well-developed enterprises.
