Sports Enterprises Salon, an activity jointly organized by SIP Publicity Department (SIPPD, or Cultural Undertakings Bureau, CUB) and SIP Sports Industry Development CO., Ltd. (SIPSIDCL), took place at SIP Sports Center (SIPSC) on Jan 4. Representatives from 15 sports companies attended the salon.

Zhang Qing, vice president of SIPSIDCL and heads of the departments concerned gave a detailed presentation on SIPSC's various carriers and its commercial complex "Suti Plaza" that are under construction, and expressed the wish and specific ideas to develop SIPSC into a platform for the sports industry information sharing, public service and industry chain integration in SIP.

The participating companies briefed on their business characteristics and development directions and gave advice on SIPSC's future operation and development. They also shared their thoughts about the development of SIP's sports industry, making specific appeals and suggestions such as the green channel for talent introduction, the construction of the resources platform for school and enterprise connection, the introduction of financial resources, etc. 

According to Chen Long, deputy director of SIPPD, SIPPD (CUB) is actively building the exchange and communication platform for enterprises and hopes to march towards the goal of "building Suzhou into an internationally famous sports city" through the interaction and cooperation among enterprises. With regard to the issues brought up at the meeting, SIPPD will have them taken care of, create the development ecosystem for SIP's sports industry step by step and provide better services for the enterprises.

Having benefited much from this meeting, the company representatives all hoped to have similar activities at regular intervals in the future and work together to expand and enhance SIP's sports industry.
