With a view to exploring the cooperation between court and post and improving work efficiency with a brand new "Internet+" judicial service mode, SIP People's Court (SIPPC) and the Suzhou Branch of China Post Group (SBCPG) held a signing ceremony for judicial service "Internet+" strategic cooperation agreement Wednesday.

On the basis of longtime cooperation, SIPPC and SBCPG have worked out the new "Internet+" mode for legal document service that features information exchange, network interconnection and resource sharing. With the information systems of both parties interlinked, they have realized the real time transmission of the nodal information of judicial service.

After a mail is delivered, EMS staff will send the addressee signed sheet back in the form of picture to the judicial case platform, and court staff can immediately do real time search and check, which makes the whole process traceable, checkable and controllable.

The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement has laid a foundation for future deeper cooperation between the two parties. The Service Operation Center set up by SBCPG will take over from SIPPC staff such work as document printing, document scanning, sheet printing, sealing, etc. To replace simple and repeated labor with informationization process will greatly reduce judicial cost, standardize work process and improve efficiency.

The post office's embedded service mode will contribute to more intensified, efficient and transparent cooperation, relieve the court from the tension between heavy workload and insufficient manpower, help both parties further improve their service and fulfil the objective of bringing benefit to enterprises and convenience to the people.
