SIP First Training Strategy Annual Meeting 2016 took place at SIP Training Management Center on Dec 18, when training managers from over 200 SIP-based companies, and representatives from universities, practice bases and training facilities shared their training experience.

The meeting is sponsored by SIP Training Management Center (SIPTM Center) and organized by SIP Training Manager Club (SIPTM Club) and SIP Industrial Engineer (Technician) Association (SIPIETA).

SIPTM Center is mainly responsible for researching and formulating the strategies and policies to improve SIP's training work, providing various training services to meet market demands and undertaking government-led training tasks.

SIPTM Club is a learning and communication platform jointly established by a group of enterprise training managers who are enthusiastic about studying and growing.

SIPIETA is a technical and academic non-profit NGO voluntarily set up by engineers (technicians) and experts in SIP.
