To ensure payment for the work of employees in leasee enterprises, Suzhou Industrial Park Labor and Social Security Bureau recently held a discussion in Loufeng Sub-district on the experiment in wage assurance system.

At the meeting, the "Proposal on Trial Implementation of Wage Assurance System in Leasee Enterprises" was announced to start the wage assurance work.

The "Proposal" demands that all the business carriers (property leaser or property managers) in the trial implementation should bear the responsibility of supervising the tenants, and open up more channels for lease mortgage as guarantee for wage payment.
