In recent years, based on the principle of "failure in tax reduction or exemption equals to excessive taxation" and in line with SAT convenient tax service campaign, Suzhou Industrial Park Local Taxation Bureau has been vigorously supporting the development of enterprises by optimizing service, enhancing management, streamlining procedures, using technology to speed up processing, and promoting paperless tax refund. In the past five months, the bureau refunded 117.67 million yuan tax (a year-on-year growth of 236.3%) in 2,251 cases (a YOY growth of 138.2%), with the total amount of tax refund exceeding that of the whole of last year.
