SSON 2015 Suzhou Summit, as one of the China series, was convened at International Conference Center of Genway I-park on the morning of March 17. More than 120 entrepreneurs and experts from finance and procurement sectors attended the meeting for exchanges in "formulation of KPI standards for SSC performance management".

The summit carried out discussion and exchanges in the form of case study and sharing of innovative practices on the central theme. 15 leading professionals from Intel, Rio Tinto, Blackstone, and other companies presented specific cases of their own to find out room for improvement in shared services and service outsourcing, and elaborated on their strategic experience in talent management, procedural optimization, and technological innovation. In the meantime, SIP Administrative Committee, as the host of the event, expounded its development strategy and supportive policies so as to open up more opportunities in the field of service outsourcing and to provide guidance for service outsourcing enterprises in formulating their development strategy.

The 2015 China Summit on Procurement Transformation was held during the event with speakers from Siemens, Johnson Controls, UOB, and Heinz to share the experience in optimizing procurement procedures and cutting down on cost through improved efficiency.

As a well-known professional organization in shared service and service outsourcing, the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network is the largest platform of the longest standing in the sector with over 80,000 members worldwide. The current summit represents the fifth occasion of cooperation between SSON and SIP in offering an ideal exchange platform for service outsourcing enterprises. The long-term cooperation with SSON will doubtless push forward the growth of China's service outsourcing and promote the industrial restructuring in SIP.
