About Dandelion
Invested and managed by a group of senior angel investors, Dandelion opens a bar and an incubator, providing space for gatherings, business offices, salon, roadshow, and training session.

An open platform gathering people with business dreams and plans
There are three blackboards on the wall at the entrance of Dandelion Bar, with chalk-written messages looking for potential investors, qualified professionals, and business plans, which are top concerns of those starting up a new business and also represent the vision of Dandelion.

Still on trail operation, the bar has already been fully booked with salons, lectures, and discussions, which show "the demand on an open platform" according to Wu Xiaomei, the bar manager. "I'm not surprised for we've done a lot of work before the opening day. We hope this place would gather the most talented people, the most creative projects, and the most reliable investors."

With angel investors as founders, Dandelion has its unique strengths in risk control, project support, business operation checkup, and connections with investors.

Providing highly efficient Internet-based services
The bar sells set tickets at prices of 10, 20, and 30 yuan for coffee and refreshments. But food and drinks play a minor role. "What we want most is to help our members organize a successful negotiation, meet with a business partner, and win over an investor," said Ms. Wu.

Instead of cash, the bar only accepts payment through WeChat and Alipay, which shows its difference from ordinary cafes. "We even develop a registration system, encouraging people to input their basic information and needs so as to have access to more people and resources. We call this our virtual wall for business cards and believe it will facilitate more efficient communications."

Dandelion also opens a subscription account on WeChat sending messages about offline activities to its followers.

Sharing, discussing, and studying at Dandelion Bar
There are three areas dedicated to sharing, discussing, and studying at Dandelion Bar. In addition to refreshing drinks and appetizing refreshments, the "Sharing Area" prepares dozens of seats and hundreds of books for members to spend an entire day thinking alone or attending salon, roadshow, and lecture. The "Discussing Area" has window seats with the best views of green plants and waterfall and soft background music, making it an ideal place discussing business plans with friends and partners over a pot of tea. The "Studying Area" is equipped with China's first 100-inch laser television broadcasting business lectures and celebrity interviews.
