On the afternoon of July 23, more than 50 people gathered at Fuji Xerox Eco-Manufacturing (Suzhou) to listen to Liu Jiazheng, a judge from SIP Court, who introduced the legal process of settling labor disputes and the ways of preventing labor-related risks. The activity was launched by SIP Association of Corporate Social Responsibility as part of the CSR Program "Living in Suzhou, Connecting You and Me, and Building Dreams Together".

Liu analyzed the applicable laws and regulations on labor disputes and cited specific cases to help the audience understand the common problems and issues concerning labor contracts and labor management.

The representative from Fuji Xerox Eco-Manufacturing (Suzhou) shared with the participants the company's experience in recycling and reusing resources. Starting business in January 2008, the company recycles the waste copying machines, printers, and such consumables as printing drums and powders from Chinese mainland to make full use of resources and reduce their impacts on environment. The company therefore won the honorary title of SIP CSR Company 2013 (in the category of "Environment Responsibility") and was named "Model Company of Circular Economy" by Suzhou Economic and Information Technology Commission in 2014.

The participants made a round of the production line of Fuji Xerox Eco-Manufacturing after the meeting, witnessing the entire process of recycling and reusing parts from waste digital cameras, copying machines, and printers.
