Invited by SIP Leading Group for Talent Development, a group of people from higher education institutions across the country had a tour around SIP on Oct 20 and gained a better understanding of SIP’s talent policies and demand.
“The event is expected to facilitate cooperation between SIP and the schools in talent cultivation and recruitment,” said a source from SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (SIPHRD), the event organizer.
The visit started with a meeting where a SIPHRD staff member gave the visitors a specific introduction to SIP’s development, talent policies and recruitment drives targeting new graduates. Many of the school’s representatives showed interest in launching cooperation with SIP authorities and enterprises in talent projects.
Following that, the visitors viewed the displays at Suzhou Biomedicine Industrial Park (BioBay) and toured around Jinji Lake, Suzhou Center and some other places for a comprehensive knowledge of SIP’s business and living environment.
