A delegation from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), a prestigious university in East China’s Jiangsu province, had a tour around SIP from Aug 26 to 27 for a survey on local higher education. CPC NUAA Committee Secretary Zheng Yong’an and NUAA President Nie Hong led the delegation. 

 

In the company of local officials, the delegation members first visited SIP Exhibition Center where they gained a holistic picture of SIP’s development. They then visited Renmin University of China Suzhou Campus, NUS (Suzhou) Research Institute, Monash-SEU Joint Graduate School, Oxford Suzhou Centre for Advanced Research and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and acquired a good knowledge of their education and research programs. 

 

In talks with local officials, Zheng said they have drawn inspiration from SIP for education development and expect to enhance exchange and cooperation with SIP authorities and other partners in the area.
