SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd organized an event in SIP on Aug 19 when executives from 10 well-known secondary and higher vocational schools based in North China’s Shanxi province and Southwest China’s Yunnan province and a number of local enterprise representatives held discussion on talent demand and supply as well as opportunities for cooperation in talent programs.

At the event, the participants from the schools gave the enterprise representatives a specific introduction to their educational programs and challenges they face in helping their students land jobs, while the latter gave the former a detailed account of their talent demands and difficulties in recruitment.
The event showed good effect in enhancing mutual understanding and facilitating cooperation between the schools and the enterprises. For example, one of the schools reached a tentative agreement with a company in urgent need of electromechanical engineering professionals to supply talents to it. Besides, all of the 10 schools signed agreements with SIP authorities to serve as an “SIP Enterprise-School Cooperation Base”.
After that, the schools’ representatives had a tour around SIP Planning Exhibition Hall and several of the enterprises to learn more about local development.
