SIP Private Vocational Schools' Seminar was held at SIP Training Management Center (SIP-TMC) on Jan 18. SIP-TMC director Lu Wanliang and executives from 24 SIP-based private vocational education and training schools were present.

At the event, the participants shared their practices in school management, student recruitment, curriculum design and daily operations, and discussed a series of issues concerning qualification authentication, professional training programs, skill contests and collaboration with employers in offering internships and job opportunities.

Based on a tour to several of the schools ahead of the event, Lu offered the schools advice on management, teaching activities and team building, hoping that they can help continuously expand the talent pool in SIP.
