SIP Xingwan School, a nine-year education school with two campuses in SIP and over 5,500 teachers and students, is ushering in the 10th anniversary of its inception. The school principal Qu Hong recently told about the school’s growth in an interview.

Qu disclosed that the school has received a number of provincial awards for its characteristic and quality teaching and research programs since its founding in 2008. She boiled the fundamental reason for that down to their student-first school management philosophy, namely "Let every kid walk into the school with smile, and step toward success with confidence."

"We do our utmost to give our students the 'education fit for them' so that they can achieve an all-around development in personal qualities, academic learning, sports and art skills," Qu said.

Qu revealed they are working hard to offer the students "better education" other than just "education fit for them". For this, the school is improving and enriching their courses to give the students more options and guide them to take more initiative in their learning.
