The Labor Support Center in Loufeng Sub-district's Wencuilu Community has exemplified a series of good practices since the beginning of this year in helping college students and graduates start their own businesses. The story about Yang's art studio is a typical case.

Yang, born in the 1990s, was not sure what she would take as her future career upon graduation from an overseas art school as a major in sculpture. Following the suggestion from the center's staff, she attended a local entrepreneurship training program and decided to create a job for herself. Now, her studio that offers artworks for daily use runs well and, with the center's help, Yang is enjoying a three-year government subsidy for self-employment.
