SIP Administrative Committee and Temasek Foundation International (TFI), a non-profit organization under the philanthropic arm of the Singaporean state-owned fund Temasek Holdings, jointly launched the "iSmart Home" International Teacher Training Program on June 20, aiming to help primary and middle school teachers improve their abilities of innovative teaching design.

It is reported that the first round of training will go on in five stages over one and a half years, and 175 teachers have joined it to learn creative teaching approaches from related experts in the next three days. These approaches will allow the teachers to do a better job in helping their students enhance their science knowledge and creativity.

At the event, professionals and experts from Singapore University of Technology and Design and National Institute of Education gave lectures on education reform and innovation in Singapore and shared their education concepts.
