On March 13, jointly built up by Suzhou Culture & Arts Center and Suzhou Industrial Park Youth & Children Centre (SIPYCC), the first children's theatre in Suzhou, was opened at SIPYCC, where 80 shows of excellent children's drama from well-known theatres around the country will be staged in the year. The original children's play Traditional Chinese Cultural Stories: Miaomiao's Fantasy Trip was performed as the opening play.

During the performance, the audience will have an opportunity to interact with the actors, show their talents, express their feelings or enjoy a "tailored" birthday party.
