Ten new schools in Suzhou Industrial Park will open to the first students this September, including Xietang School, Dushu Lake School, Xingzhou School, Kuatang Experiemental Primary School Hongqiao campus, and Xinghui Kindergarten.

With a land area of 4.4 hectares and floor area of 43,000 square meters, Dushu Lake School is the only nine-year school at Suzhou Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation District, and it has 36 classes of six primary grades and 30 classes of junior high grades.

Founded by combining No. 7 Middle School and Xietang Experimental Primary School, Xietang School is a modern campus featuring local culture of Xietang.

Xingzhou School is located at Hudong CBD and features traditional Chinese education, sports, and art programs in its curriculum.

Xinghui Kindergarten adjacent to Xingzhou School has three classes for each of three age groups. In addition to well-equipped functional rooms for art, story, dancing, and science, every classroom is decorated in different styles by the chief teacher to make kids at home and enjoy group life.

Kuatang Experimental Primary School was founded in 1912 and the new Hongqiao campus was rebuilt on the original site, with total construction area of 24,400 square meters and increasing the number of total classes from 24 to 48.
