SIP authorities convened a symposium on Jan 23 with a number of local cadres serving in areas outside SIP under various assistance programs designed to help promote local social and economic development with SIP’s good practices.

It is learnt that SIP has been pushing on a list of assistance programs in East China’s Jiangsu province, Southwest China’s Guizhou province, Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and other areas to help with local infrastructure construction, boost business development and introduce SIP’s advanced development modes to the areas. Last year, 16 cadres served the programs.
At the event, the cadres shared their work experience and outcomes, and discussed plans for their future work.

Wu Qingwen, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of SIP Party Working Committee, spoke at the event. He expressed thanks to the cadres for their contributions under the programs, encouraged them to do a better job in the future, and wished them happy Chinese New Year.
