The country’s National Development and Reform Commission, which is pushing on a training program to support the development of the social credit system that Chinese government claimed to set up by 2020 to standardize assessment of citizens’ and businesses’ economic and social reputation, brought part of the training to SIP on Nov 29.

In the event, about 100 trainees from China Public Credit Information Center, China Insurance Regulatory Commission, 28 demonstration cities in social credit system building, a number of banks and other organizations had a tour around SIP Business Development Service Center and listened to the local officials’ introduction to their efforts and achievements in developing local social credit system. The trainees gave high praise to SIP’s innovative credit supervision, evaluation and utilization measures, expecting the measures can be rolled out to other areas.
